Everyone at the party gives one short show-and-tell. Not because we're cruel, but because the room is always better when it's full of people's actual lives. You have four minutes and total freedom. Here's the complete rulebook:

Four minutes. The gong is real and the gong is fair. Finish early and you're a hero.
Any format. Slides, an object, a demo, a tasting, a story, an educational rant. If it teaches, shows, or shares — it counts.
Duos welcome. Present with your plus-one. Structured disagreement is excellent television.
Hot takes must educate. "Five things to know before you own a poop machine" — yes. Nastiness — no.
No talent required. Nobody is grading delivery. Enthusiasm outranks polish every time.
